Adults Children Better Eyesight

by admin on January 27, 2012

Eyesight is so very important because it affects every aspect of our daily lives. People that are in good health should take care of their eyesight. If this is not taken care of it can surely affect the quality of the life that we lead. Some adults have been known to stay away from the social scene just because they are embarrassed about their vision. Behavior becomes erratic and academic performance can suffer. Adults children better eyesight/eyedoctors is here to help.

There are many reasons for vision loss. A big part of the reason for loss is because of cataracts in adults and children. Heredity can play a big part in the vision field also. If your parents wore glasses, there is reason to believe you might be a candidate. Eye diseases contribute to bad vision also.

Glaucoma is an eye disease that many people have, especially over the age of sixty. This should be checked with each eye exam. The fluids do not drain properly from the eyes which result in build up. This will cause pressure build up. Again, genetics can play a part in any eye disease, so it is necessary to know the history and get checked regularly.

Prevention is always best and the way to prevent loss of your eyesight is to have regular check-ups. An eye doctor is called an Optometrist and they are professionally trained to examine and diagnose the visual system. Eye Care Practitioners are skilled in the management and examination of the structures of the eye. Their job is to diagnose and to suggest treatment.

The testing that an Optometrist does is very important. He will test your ability to focus and coordinate the depth perception of each eye. He will check to see if you can see colors accurately. These eye doctors have dedicated their lives to this study to help to have healthy vision. Not only do these doctors study the eyes, but they can diagnose some diseases that ordinarily would not have been revealed.

The doctor of Optometry will work with you and your family doctor to help you have the best care possible. Prescribing medications and other therapies will help them to come up with a game plan of how to better your health and daily life. They do much more that just give you a prescription for eye glasses or contact lens

It is very wise to seek the professional when caring for the eyes. It is possible for you to take responsibility for your eyes. Good nutrition especially in small children is so important. These are the building blocks of good health for our future generation. Carrots, sweet potatoes and collard greens are all rich in vitamin A, and should be consumed on a regular basis. To ensure good health antioxidants are important also. Blueberries are especially helpful in helping the older generation with their vision.

Eye exercises have been reported to have helped many with their eyesight. One in particular is to rub your palms together and let them get warm. Place them over your eyes for a few minutes. This has been reported to relieve eye strain and relax the eye muscles. Exercise and changing bad habits can help you to improve and maintain your eyesight. Taking care of your eyesight and seeing an eye doctor on a regular basis will help you keep your vision intact.

The eye is arguably the most unexercised part of the human body. Many people love to do body exercises a lot to stay healthy. While it is obvious to many that regular exercising is crucial to leave a healthy lifestyle, very few people do something to keep their eyes healthy.

When out of negligence or ignorance the eye is denied the attention it deserves when it comes to exercising, it may lose some of its important functionalities. In order to check the development of eye complications like myopia, farsightedness or other eye conditions it is important to do regular eyesight improvement exercises.

One might wonder what exactly causes eye disorders. The understanding of how the various eye disorders come to be might help in the understanding of how eye exercises and related therapies work.

The complications are connected to the formation of images at the retina of the eye where images are formed. With Myopia or shortsightedness victims tend to see objects that are close to the eye. The image is formed a little in front of the retina as opposed to the wall of the retina. Farsightedness (Hypermetropia) on the other hand is the eye disorder where objects in the near distance are not seen clearly.

Other eye complications include Astigmatism, Cataract, Glaucoma et cetera. The severity of the above complications can be eased by the regular practicing of eyesight improvement exercises. However, the more serious complications of the eye like Cataract and Glaucoma may call for more specialist treatment than just exercises.

The oldest documented eye exercises were tried over a century ago. Since then many scientific and non-scientific techniques have been tried to exercise the eye. Though some of the traditional methods like Yoga have been aspects of philosophical debate, scientific research and studies have shown that eye exercises do improve vision significantly. In fact, some statistics suggest an above 90% success rate among patients who have been put on vision training program by means of eyesight improvement exercises.

The eye just like the other body organs has muscles that are crucial to its normal functionalities. Therefore when talking about eyesight improvement exercises what is referred to here is the actual exercising of the organ’s different muscles. The intended objective in the exercises is to enhance eye muscles functionalities and help them loosen up. In order to achieve good results, it is important for a patient to keep on exercising regularly and consistently. This means once a patient embarks on a vision improvement program of either 30 or 60 days (depending on an individual’s progress), there should be no day breaks.

So if you suffer from Myopia (nearsightedness), Hypermetropia (farsightedness), Astigmatism, or presbyopia, you should consider performing eyesight improvement exercises. You can see a specialist who will give you some exercises, however this route is usually very expensive and insurance does not normally cover it. The good thing, though, is that there are online vision improvement programs you may want to consider that are very effective. It is good to know that with the eyesight improvement exercises, the need for contact lenses or eye glasses can be eliminated forever.

How to Improve Eye Sight Beyond 20/20

By jxon dany

  1) The ability to turn our eyes inward to maintain single vision for objects up close is called convergence. It is similar to looking “cross-eyed.

2) The ability to turn our eyes outward to maintain a single image for objects far away is called divergence. Our eyes appear to aim straight ahead.

There are two practices that will enhance and restore your vision and the logic behind it is quite simple. Sorry, but I cannot quote any books since these are discoveries I made on my own through trial and error with my brother and these are our beliefs — and you will see that it’s quite logical. I believe humans are capable of many of these “miracles” and much much more.

Logic:

Your eyes contain photosensors that process frequency waves in its particular frequency range — wikipedia. The more photosensors you have active, the more synergistic is their relationships and the stronger your eyes are with respect to concentrative and peripheral vision. You will have a wider range.

(Just like in semiconducting. The more prongs you have on a computer chip, the higher the frequency range and algorithm you can produce and manipulate. You will learn that the same exact concept is true in magnets.)

Further more, most of our photosensors lie dormant because of the ways we were trained to see things. We were taught to converge our eyes on a particular spot, exposing a relatively small amount of photosensors we have which deprives other neighboring photosensors (angles in which I gestured in the video). The concept that we only use a limited portion of what we are capable of is not new, and using 15% of our brains is among the most popular examples.

Here is what I have tested: Experimenting with Convergent and Divergent EYE exercises.

I’ve had an overwhelming success rate with my friends who are well aware of my research tendencies. And what I conclude is this: Our photosensors when worked together are likened to humans and other processes; that when harmonized, they produce improvements of geometric proportions. You want to wake these photosensors. They are yours so put them to work.

Also, I have this theory with my other research, that like all things, exercises around sunlight and away from sunlight, direct and indirect, is essential. This provides great balance.

Experiment: Practice outdoor with the sun to your left or right ( alternate sides 1-2 minutes) with one hand covering the sun for 2-3 times each. The goal is to expose the neighboring photosensors to indirect lighting. Remember, as there are exceptions to everything, any negative effects, strains, or what not should be balanced with reassessment. So far I’ve only had positive remarks. Bon Chance!

Relaxation. This is by far the most important element of anything in life. Relaxation is purely calming your vibration. Anytime you are calm, you are in closer connection with yourself, the universe, and all that is. Master relaxation as a practice. I dare you.

Go beyond 20/20:

It’s no longer a myth. If you study crystallography, you’ll understand why it works. Also, the trick is to expose them patiently throughout the trial, don’t over exercise them. few minutes at a time works. Constantly listen to your body to avoid serious strains.
